Sign in and set up your business
Sign in with Auxo ID using your email address. Add your business name, industry and the month your financial year ends.

Connect Xero, read only
Inala reads your invoices, payments, contacts and profit and loss. It never changes anything in Xero. You can also start with sample data.

See who is late today, copy a polite follow-up into your own email, and compare each month's results with your budget.
What you get
The four questions a small business asks every week
Owed to you, in rands
One figure for what clients owe, split into current and overdue. Drafts, voided and fully credited invoices never count. Foreign-currency invoices are shown apart, never added to the rand total.
Ageing you can trust
Current, 1 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and 90+ days, counted from the day after the due date in South African time. The same cuts Xero uses.
A follow-up ladder
Each overdue invoice gets a friendly reminder, then a firm one, a final notice and a phone call. Inala writes the copy. You send it from your own mailbox and mark it done.
Budget against actuals
Set a budget per profit and loss account per month, or start from last year's figures plus or minus a percentage. See the variance for each month and the year to date.
Honest about the beta
What Inala does not do yet
- It does not send emails for you. You copy the follow-up or open it in your own mail app.
- It never writes to Xero. Payments and invoices stay where they are.
- There is no mobile app yet. The website works on a phone browser.
- It is not listed on the Xero App Store yet.
