Terms of use
These terms are between you and Auxo Digital for the use of Inala. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Inala for a business, you confirm you may agree on its behalf.
The beta
Inala is in beta and free of charge. Features may change, and there may be mistakes or downtime. We will tell account owners by email before introducing any charge, and nothing will be billed without your agreement.
Your account and your team
- You sign in with Auxo ID and must keep access to your email address secure.
- Owners decide who joins their business and with which role, and are responsible for the people they invite.
- You may only connect a Xero organisation you are allowed to access.
Your data
Your business data stays yours. We use it only to provide Inala, as set out in the privacy policy. You can export it and delete it at any time.
Not financial advice
Inala shows figures from your own records. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice. Check important decisions with your accountant, and use Xero as the record of truth.
Follow-ups
Inala drafts follow-up messages. You decide whether to send them and you are responsible for what you send to your clients.
Fair use
Do not try to reach another business's data, overload the service, or use Inala for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
Liability
We provide Inala as it is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Ending
You may stop using Inala and delete your business at any time. We may end the beta with reasonable notice to account owners.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
