Actuals come from the Xero profit and loss report, month by month
Variance for each cell, each section, net profit and the full year
Open any month to see the accounts and the invoices behind it

Your team and your data

Invite people by link as owner, admin, finance or viewer
Every change is written to an activity log that cannot be edited
Export invoices, clients, payments, budget, actuals and the activity log as CSV
Delete the business at any time. That removes its data and disconnects Xero

Not in the beta

Billing, sending follow-ups by email from Inala, writing anything back to Xero, a Xero App Store listing and mobile apps. We will add these when customers ask for them.
